Steel Fire Rated Door

The Steel Fire Rated Door is a high-performance door system constructed from premium galvanized steel sheets as its core material. It is precisely manufactured through specialized processes including cutting, stamping, and welding. The interior is filled with our proprietary high-density fire-resistant core material, while the joint between the door frame and door leaf is equipped with intumescent fire seals. This design ensures three essential protective functions — fire resistance, thermal insulation, and smoke containment — effectively slowing the spread of fire and providing critical time for evacuation and property protection. The Steel Fire Rated Door is widely applied in public areas of various building types, delivering reliable performance and enhanced safety in demanding architectural environments.
    Grade C Fire integrity ≥ 30 minutes, fire insulation ≥ 30 minutes

    Grade C

Fire integrity ≥ 30 minutes, fire insulation ≥ 30 minutes; Suitable for secondary fire protection areas such as pipe shafts and cable shafts, mainly used to block the spread of small fires.
    Grade C Fire integrity ≥ 60 minutes, fire insulation ≥ 60 minutes

    Grade B

Fire integrity ≥ 60 minutes, fire insulation ≥ 60 minutes; Suitable for areas with moderate fire protection requirements such as stairwells, antechambers, and evacuation routes.
Grade C Fire integrity ≥ 90 minutes, fire insulation ≥90 minutes

    Grade A

Fire integrity ≥ 90 minutes, fire insulation ≥ 90 minutes; Suitable for important areas such as fire control rooms, power distribution rooms, rooms with valuable equipment, and fan rooms.
Others Fire integrity ≥ 120-180 minutes, fire insulation ≥ 120-180 minutes

    Others

Fire integrity ≥ 120-180 minutes, fire insulation ≥ 120-180 minutes; Suitable for areas with ultra-Class A fire protection requirements such as chemical workshops, tunnel escape exits, and arms and ammunition depots.

    Fire Resistance Performance

The door leaf is filled with our self-developed fire-resistant core material, while an intumescent fire-sealing strip between the door frame and the leaf expands under high temperatures to block flame penetration. This structure ensures the steel fire-rated door maintains its thermal insulation performance and meets fire resistance requirements across all rating levels.

    Smoke Sealing

The door gap is precisely controlled within 1–3 mm and paired with a door closer to ensure the door remains closed. The fire-sealing strip stays flexible at normal temperatures and expands under heat to tightly seal gaps, effectively preventing the spread of toxic smoke.

    Durability & Strength

The door frame and leaf are made of premium galvanized steel with excellent corrosion resistance. The welded or interlocking frame structure provides high impact resistance, ensuring long-term durability in daily use.

    Aesthetic Appearance

Available in electrostatic powder coating (colors selectable from the RAL chart) and wood grain transfer finishes (simulating oak, walnut, etc.), the surface coating is smooth and free from pinholes or bubbles, allowing the steel fire-rated doors to complement various architectural styles.

    Installation & Maintenance

The frame is fixed with expansion bolts, and the gap between the frame and wall is filled with cement mortar for stability. Routine maintenance is simple—regularly check the hardware for flexibility, clean the sealing strips, and replace any damaged components individually—ensuring a longer service life for the steel fire-rated door.

Observation Window Grouted Fire-Resistant Glass: 25~32mm, composed of two glass layers with a high-transparency flame-retardant fire-resistant liquid poured and bonded between them
Nano-silicon Fire-Resistant Glass: 25~35mm, composed of multiple original glass sheets combined with multiple layers of highly transparent and hard nano-silicon fire-resistant liquid interlayers
Door Leaf Core Material Magnesium sulfate is used as the filling material for fire doors, and its core advantages are ingeniously embodied in its strong fire and flame-retardant protection, efficient heat insulation for temperature resistance, long-lasting and stable structural performance, as well as green and environmentally friendly safety characteristics
Surface Treatment Electrostatic Powder Coating: A surface finishing process that uses electrostatic attraction to apply powder coating onto the steel surface, followed by high-temperature curing to form a protective and decorative layer. This technique is widely used for steel fire-rated doors to enhance corrosion and rust resistance, extend service life, and improve aesthetic appearance.
Wood Grain Heat Transfer Printing: A surface treatment process that transfers pre-printed wood grain patterns from a transfer film onto the surface of the door frame or leaf through controlled heat and pressure. It creates a realistic wood texture while preserving the structural strength and fire resistance of the steel base material.Color
